02. Packages and Trial
We offer three packages:

New customers are eligible for a free one-month trial of the Ultra package, activated upon registration. After the trial period, continued use requires a one-time payment, the amount of which depends on the selected package.

Passwords must not be shared, and you are prohibited from reselling or transferring access to the software without our prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and technology associated with Gloxtech’s ERP software remain the intellectual property of Gloxtech. Unauthorized use or replication is strictly prohibited.
7. Prohibited Activities

You may not upload or post content through the ERP system.

Use of the software for fraudulent, harmful, or misleading activities is strictly forbidden.
8. Limitation of Liability
Gloxtech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
9. Dispute Resolution
All legal disputes must be submitted in written form via post to our registered office. We do not accept dispute claims through digital channels unless explicitly agreed upon.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
11. Modifications
